Q:    How much will it cost to move in?
A:    It's $25 to apply for an apartment. This covers the credit report and processing for all paperwork. A non-refundable Maintenance Fee is $150.00, Rent and Security deposit are due at lease signing.

Q:    What bills do I pay?
A:    The Resident is responsible for gas, electric, phone and cable/satellite.

Q:    Can I have a satellite dish?
A:    Yes, provided that it meets with our guidelines as set by the FCC. There is a refundable $150.00 deposit to cover any potential damages from installation and/or removal of the dish.

Q:    Do you have carports or garage ports?
A:    We have both to protect your vehicle. Garage ports are $35 per month with 1 remote control. Carports are $20 per month.  These have limited availablility so contact your leasing representative to reserve one!

Q:    It's Spring and I no longer want the carport. Can I remove it from my lease?
A:    Unfortunately we cannot take it off your lease.  It will need to be paid throughout your lease contract. 

Q:    I have a large dog. Is he welcome at Riverwood?
A:    Yes!  As long as your dog is friendly and not considered a vicious breed.  We do not have a weight limit for the dog; however, do to the size of our apartments, there is a limit of 2 pets per apartment. We like to meet all pets (particularly dogs) prior to the lease being signed.
